How to Make Garam Masala-Diana Downtown Style Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Cloves 10 gms Cinnamon (3-4 sticks) 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds 1 Tbsp Black Cardamom 4 Tbsp Coriander Seeds 4 TspCumin Seeds 1 Tbsp Peppercorns 2 Star Anise 3-4 Dried Curry Leaves 1 Tbsp Green Cardamom Combine all ingredients in a pan and dry roast them for 4-5 minutes on low heat. Keep stirring the spices to roast them evenly. Transfer the toasted spices to a bowl and Allow them to cool. Once cooled, add your toasted whole spices into a blender and blend all the ingredients and grind to make a super fine powder. Store the spice blend in an airtight jar and store it in a dark place.
